Full Journal pdf2010-04-14 House Journal Page 2299 HB 210 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2185) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 210(RES) "An Act designating Kinzarof Lagoon as part of the Izembek State Game Refuge; authorizing a land exchange with the federal government in which state land adjacent to the Izembek National Wildlife Refuge and within the Alaska Peninsula National Wildlife Refuge is exchanged for federal land to serve as a road corridor through the Izembek National Wildlife Refuge and federal land located on Sitkinak Island; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 210(RES) (same title) 2010-04-14 House Journal Page 2300 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 210(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHB 210(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 210(RES)?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 210(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
